END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

The Quran Tutor - Iqra app is licensed to you (End-User) by Markconapps, located in Manama, Bahrain (hereinafter: "Licensor"), for use only under the terms of this License Agreement. By downloading the Application from the Google Play Store, and any updates thereto, you indicate that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.

The parties to this License Agreement acknowledge that Google is not a party to this agreement and is not bound by any provisions or obligations regarding the Application. Markconapps, not Google, is solely responsible for the licensed Application and the content thereof. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Markconapps.

1. THE APPLICATION

The Quran Tutor - Iqra app is designed to help users plan trips using AI-based tools. Features may include itinerary generation, destination suggestions, walking goal tracking, and other travel-related utilities. The Application is not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA), so if your interactions are subject to such laws, you may not use this Application. You may not use the Application in a way that violates the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).

2. SCOPE OF LICENSE

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Licensed Application on any Google-branded products that you (End-User) own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in this section and in the App Store Terms of Service.

This license also governs any updates of the Application, unless a separate license is provided for such updates.

You may not share, sell, rent, lend, or redistribute the Application without Markconapps's prior written consent.
You may not reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application, unless Markconapps's prior written consent is provided.
You may create and store copies of the Application on devices you own for backup purposes, but no unauthorized third parties may access these copies.
Violations of the above obligations may result in prosecution and damages.
Licensor reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of licensing.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the Application.

3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

The Application requires firmware version 1.0.0 or higher. The Licensor recommends using the latest version of the firmware. It is your responsibility to ensure your device meets the technical specifications needed for the app.

4. MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT

The Licensor is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the licensed Application. Markconapps and the End-User acknowledge that Google Play Store has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the Application.

5. USE OF DATA

The Licensor may access and adjust your downloaded licensed Application content and your personal information, subject to the terms of the Privacy Policy available here.

6. USER-GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

The Application may allow users to submit or post content such as reviews, suggestions, or travel experiences. Any user-generated content will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and users must ensure their content does not violate intellectual property or applicable laws.

7. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

By submitting suggestions or feedback, you agree that we can use and share them without compensation to you. You retain ownership of your content, but you are responsible for its legality, and Markconapps is exonerated from responsibility for your content.

8. LIABILITY

The Licensor's responsibility in the case of violation of obligations shall be limited to intent and gross negligence.
Markconapps is not responsible for any damages due to a breach of duties according to Section 2 of this Agreement.

9. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or listed on any U.S. Government prohibited or restricted party lists.

11. THIRD-PARTY TERMS OF AGREEMENTS AND BENEFICIARY

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this License Agreement. Upon acceptance of the terms, Apple will have the right to enforce this License Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

In the event of any third-party claim that the Application infringes intellectual property rights, Markconapps will be solely responsible for addressing the claim.

13. APPLICABLE LAW

This License Agreement is governed by the laws of Bahrain, excluding its conflict of law rules.
